We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top technical talent, excellent relationship-building skills, and a keen eye for technical aptitude. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing recruitment strategies, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet the company’s hiring needs in technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for technical positions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with top talent across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other industry networks).
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create role profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Interview Process: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate with interview panels and manage candidate assessments.
- Employer Branding: Actively promote the company’s culture and values to prospective candidates, enhancing the employer brand in the technology community.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest recruiting trends, compensation rates, and technology industry developments to advise hiring teams.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies in areas like software development, data engineering, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, including ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and technical forums (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate with both candidates and hiring teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or SHRM.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
